Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI (GenAI) and Deep Learning (DL).

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of work experience in writing code in Python

• Experience in using various Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy

• Experience in writing good quality code in Python and code refactoring techniques (e.g.,IDE’s –  PyCharm, Visual Studio Code; Libraries – Pylint, pycodestyle, pydocstyle, Black)

• Strong experience on AI assisted coding experience.

• AI assisted coding for existing IDE's like vscode.

• Experimented multiple AI assisted tools and done research around it.

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience in Python, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Feature Engineering, Data Visualisation

 • Machine Learning libraries like Scikit-learn, XGBoost

 • Experience in CV, NLP or Time Series.

• Experience in building models for ML tasks (Regression, Classification)

• Should have Experience into LLM, LLM Fine Tuning, Chatbot, RAG Pipeline Chatbot, LLM Solution, Multi Modal LLM Solution, GPT, Prompt, Prompt Engineering, Tokens, Context Window, Attention Mecanism, Embeddings

• Experience of model training and serving on any of the cloud environments (AWS, GCP,Azure)

• Experience in distributed training of models on Nvidia GPU’s

• Familiarity in Dockerizing the model and create model end points (Rest or gRPC)

• Strong working knowledge of source code control tools such as Git, Bitbucket

• Prior experience of designing, developing and maintaining Machine Learning solution through its Life Cycle is highly advantageous

Job Responsibilities (Daily task performed)-

• Handling end-to-end sales activities.
• Doing cold calling for new leads daily.
• Schedule meetings with clients/architects, Interior Designers and PMC.
• Managing Sales discussions with clients.
• Following up on generated leads.
• Visiting on-site if required and understanding the client's needs.
• Working on Monthly Sales targets.
• Taking Client confirmation on design & quote.
• Keep track of changes done after confirmation given by the client.
• Look after the Site execution with the installation team when required
• Planning, proposing and executing the expansion of sales channels through B2B sales.

Experience: 2 to 4 years- experience in the field of Corporate Office Furniture, and should have good contacts with Corporate Designer and Architects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying potential clients and partners, and reaching out to them to understand their requirements and counsel the students to choose Skill Dunia courses.
2.  You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and partners, as well as developing new relationships to help drive business growth.
3. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This may include creating sales opportunities, negotiating, managing the onboarding process for new clients and taking referrals to create new business ideas
4. Build sales lead through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue-oriented)
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

Who we have in mind: 

• Demonstrated experience as a Java
• Should have a deep understanding of Enterprise/Distributed Architecture patterns and should be able to demonstrate the relevant usage of the same
• Turn high-level project requirements into application-level architecture and collaborate with the team members to implement the solution
• Strong experience and knowledge in Spring boot framework and microservice architecture
• Experience in working with Apache Spark
• Solid demonstrated object-oriented software development experience with Java, SQL, Maven, relational/NoSQL databases and testing frameworks 
• Strong working experience with developing RESTful services
• Should have experience working on Application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, AOP
• Exposure to tools – Jira, Bamboo, Git, Confluence would be an added advantage
• Excellent grasp of the current technology landscape, trends and emerging technologies
