Business Development Executive

"JNJ TECHNOLOGIES & SERVICES LLP" located in Vijayawada is seeking for qualified Sales Associate to sell/ Enroll there products that customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.

Location: Work from home( Remote)

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate 

Salary: As per Industry 

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday is off)Shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Mandatory Language: English

Equipment: Candidates must use their own laptop and Wi-Fi.

• Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide the required information to the customers
• Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
• Maintain database by updating customer information daily
• Write communication scripts for inbound calls
• Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos regularly

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing Java-based applications.

• Developing and testing software.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Java integration, Spring and oauth/Rest Integration

Prior experience in a customer-facing role (Support, Success, Account Management, or Sales).

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming phone calls from customers to offer support

Answering support tickets to help customers and free trials (we use Zendesk)

On-boarding and setting up new accounts and winning them over from the get-go.

Monitoring accounts to ensure that our customers are thrilled, and looking out for (and addressing) warning signs of churn.

Advocating customers’ requests and needs across the entire company (we use Monday)

Educating about newly released features and functionality.

• Experience with GraphQL and other modern JS ecosystems
• Expertise in common design patterns and anti-patterns Javascript
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and microservices
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases and expertise in at least one database system
• Experience with planning, execution, and maintenance of test infrastructure for backend workflows
• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git
