Job Role: Copywriter 

Experience Level: 1.5+ years 

Location: Bangalore, Onsite 

Responsibilities: 

● Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside the creative team. 

● Understand client briefs and decode the communication for advertising campaigns.

● Take feedback from supervisors and make necessary corrections. 

● Work on content calendars with the AMs. 

● Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for print, web, radio and TV advertisements. These include slogans, catchphrases, messages, scripts, jingles and taglines. 

● Collaborate with functional teams to execute client briefs. 

● Experiment with new content trends that can be utilized for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships. 

● Able to work on small to midsize pitches 

● Network with clients and industry professionals. 

Requirements: 

● High energy levels are a must. 

● 2 years of Agency experience. 

● Degree in English Honours, Journalism, Communications or relevant field. 

About the Role:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships within the luxury real estate sector, expanding the channel partner network, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in Bangalore’s real estate market who enjoys creating long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand a channel partner network within the Bangalore luxury real estate market.
• Source high-value customers through partner connections and manage sales funnels.
• Collaborate with luxury brokers, developers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Drive on-field sales & marketing campaigns (BTL activities).
• Maintain high partner satisfaction and strong relationships.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years’ experience in Bangalore luxury real estate.
• Excellent knowledge of property locations, pricing, and customer profiles.
• Strong network with high-value players in the real estate sector.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented team player.

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the CodeIgniter framework.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in existing applications.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve problems.

• Participate in code review sessions to ensure that code meets quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in PHP development.

• Strong knowledge of the CodeIgniter framework.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, PHPUnit, and Composer.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment using Scrum/Kanban.

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Good understanding of web standards and protocols.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to new Memory based product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic circuits
• Responsible to translate system-level specs onto the circuit block-level performance spec, circuit architecture, design and development
• Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators
• Document and review final results
• Chip in to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success
• Actively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to ensure the design quality

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven knowledge of CMOS Circuit Design
• Experience in RTL design, design synthesis, static timing analysis, and automated layout techniques
• Hands-on experience with Verilog modeling and simulation tools
• Knowledge of state machine logic/design verification techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)
