About the role:

Looking for an experienced leader to manage a growing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your role will involve strategising, project management, and people management. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create a technical strategy and be involved in architectural decisions

• Lead and coordinate the complete development of products to ensure project timelines are met

• Communicate team goals with engineering staff members

• Help the team improve the technical quality of their work through regular technical design and code reviews

• Manage, coach, and support the engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study

• Minimum 6 years experience with 3+ years' of management experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Programming Languages/Frameworks: Javascript (Node.js and Vue.js/React.js/Angular.js)

• Experience in leading a software team and managing software delivery project.
• Strong experience in Python development in a full stack environment is a requirement, including , Flask

Fullstack PHP Developer
