Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. The CRM will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and concerns.
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and personalized support.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
5. Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify patterns and anticipate future needs, proactively addressing potential issues.
7. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize lifetime value.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, reporting findings to management.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer relationship management.
10. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and manage workflows effectively.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in customer relationship management, with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Overview: 

The Engineering Manager will work closely with the management and customers and partners globally. He/She will report to the VP - Engineering. He/She will be responsible for shaping the product and strategizing its delivery around when and how it will be done so. 

The ideal candidate should have prior experience as Engineering Manager in a start-up or Product company, developing an Enterprise SAAS product.

Responsibilities: 

●Lead Product Development, QA and Documentation for multiple client Products 

●Deliver Engineering Product Releases and Patches 

●Provide work break-down and be responsible for all Engineering Team deliverables 

●Interact with team members and ensure timely and successful delivery of each sprint iteration 

●Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to the Engineering Team 

●Be responsible for tools and processes for all Engineering activities 

●Work with Product Management and help shape the product roadmap 

●Work with Services Organization and set the right expectations regarding the product roadmap, delivery of enhancements and patches 

●Define and manage quarterly goals for Engineering Team 

●Manage engineering budget, incentive programs and team-building activities 

●Hire and manage Product Development, QA and Documentation Team members 

The Ideal Candidate: 

●Should have completed a 4-year Engineering degree in Computer Science (preferably) or an advanced degree in a similar stream 

●Should have 10-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years as an Engineering Manager 

●Must have experience with Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes 

●Should have designed and delivered: 

• Open Source based Enterprise Software 

• Software based on Java, Angular JS, ReactJS, Python, no-SQL databases etc

• Solutions in the Cloud (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)) 

●Delivered multiple releases of products using Agile Development 

●Delivered Artifacts like Design/Test-Plan/Documentation-Plan documents 

●Possess Team Management skills: 

• Led Product Development Teams involving UI, Middle-Tier and Database developers, QA and Documentation Teams 

• Delivered performance reviews, and improvement plans to team members

You have:

• Proficiency in Angular 4+, Typescript, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/CSS
• Thorough understanding of OOJS & commonly used design principles and design patterns
• Working knowledge of State management using NgRxState management & custom npm packages
• Hands on ES6 features to reduce code and keep code clean
• Working knowledge of RxJS
• Working experience in writing automated unit tests using Jasmine, Mocha or any other similar framework.
• Experience of integrating RESTful Web APIs in Web Application.
• Written efficient and production ready code
• Working experience building high performance and scalable applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug application for functional and common problems
• At least 6 years of experience in software development 
• Knowledge of databases - NoSQL or RDBMS. 
• Experience working with version control like Git / Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience working on Web APIs
• Working knowledge of modern programming/scripting languages and runtime environments including node.js, Python/Ruby/Java, and experience in mid-tier web services development.
• Experience building proof of concepts, architecting new systems, and improving existing systems to solve business problems and support scaling
• Exposure to various tools that help in maintaining code quality like SonarQube
• Exposure with Atlassian JIRA application lifecycle management tool
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms like Azure or AWS or GCP

3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
