About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team and build high-quality, scalable products. You’ll design intuitive user interfaces, leverage modern AI coding tools, and mentor junior engineers. Our tech stack includes React, Django, Go, and SQL databases, but we prioritize strong fundamentals and the ability to quickly learn any framework. This is an in-office role, requiring you to work from our office location.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions with a focus on intuitive UI Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Clause Code) to enhance code quality and efficiency Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions Improve engineering processes and tools to boost productivity and scalability

Requirements

3+ years of professional full-stack development experience (post-internship) Proficiency in React, Django, Go, and SQL databases, or ability to learn fast Experience building user-friendly interfaces and using AI coding tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality, scalable features Passion for mentoring and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to work in-office at our designated location

To impact a highly fragmented v-commerce space, we aim to bring order to simplify & aggregate. We are a full stack v-commerce platform. We build the Network side of the products to achieve dense on-ground digital coverage by working with & aggregating different types of partners. Further help set the standards for scaling sustainably for the future. We also build the User side of the products to make road travel experience for our vehicle owners and drivers contactless and fully autonomous. 

About the role:

1. Meet both technical and consumer needs.
2. Design client-side and server-side architecture that can scale to thousands of end users.
3. Ensure cross-platform optimisation and responsiveness of applications.
4. Write and review technical documentation.
5. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Create security and data protection processes.
8. Design and develop efficient APIs.
9. Ability to quickly adapt and migrate code to most current technologies.

Role requirements:

1. 2+ years of proven experience working as a Fullstack Developer
2. Proficiency with multiple front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native)
3. Knowledge of back-end languages (Node JS)
4. Knowledge of AWS, Firebase, GIT and CI/CD tools.
5. Hands-on experience with databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB).
6. Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details.
7. Clear communicator - Ability to synthesise and clearly articulate complex information, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights.
8. Team player - Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in.
9. Education - Degree in Computer Science or relevant field or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

- To analysis business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations and estimate development effort

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Required Skills

- Experienced with front end programming language with React JS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with popular React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

-Experience in database MS SQL
