Full Stack Developer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java and modern front-end technologies. This role involves end-to-end development, from understanding business requirements to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions, while continuously seeking improvement and innovation. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyze entity relationships to design and implement efficient, scalable code solutions.
• Develop reports and conduct thorough analysis to identify defects and recommend enhancements. 
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively and prevent recurrence. 
• Offer technical recommendations and develop improvement plans based on data-driven insights. 
• Apply a curious, problem-solving mindset to tackle complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions.   

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. 
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in full stack development. 
• Solid experience working with RESTful services, independent of platform.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server, with the ability to define data flow, high-level data design, and relationships.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-based development. 
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and writing unit tests. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers. 
• Strong communication skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and adaptability to shifting priorities. 
• Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Core Java and J2EE

• Good hands-on experience in working with Spring, Hibernate Frameworks.

• Should have working experience on Web Services, and Database design.

• Working knowledge of HTML 5 ReactJS is needed.

• Knowledge in NOSQL databases and analytics will be an advantage.

• Analyze, Design & develop features in product

• Code review of team members/peers

• Responsible for end-to-end architecture of new products – Concepts, Architecture, Design & Delivery, Roll-out and Customer Success.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 15+ internal engineers.
• Architect scalable, robust and cost-effective solutions in a cloud environment.
• Take complete ownership of the Non-Functional Requirements and in driving the technology road-map.
• Work with technical leaders in other groups like R&D, Marketing and Customer Service, etc. in understanding the pain points and work with the engineering leaders to address them Identify applications for new technologies and lead implementation.
• Help define and maintain principles, guidelines, reference architectures, standards, road maps, and patterns especially as they pertain to custom application development

• 3+ years relevant professional experience.   
• Good understanding and a full life cycle project implementation experience with Java / J2EE technologies  
• Hands on experience in core Java 
• Hands on experience in Microservices Architecture patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of application development using Spring.
• Proven experience implementing Java applications in an enterprise environment.
• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript front-end development.

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript   
• Experience upgrading applications from Angular 5 to 6 is a plus. 
• Experience using SOAP or REST APIs   
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Rally, and REST API Clients is a plus.   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is an absolute must.   
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge about Firebase & GoLang is an added advantage.
