The Assistant Professor in CSE will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct independent and collaborative research, mentor students, and contribute to departmental and institutional service.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training in front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full stack development and a flair for teaching aspiring developers and students.

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Trainer with a strong passion for teaching and hands-on industry exposure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of training experience and deep expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, with the ability to train learners through real-world projects and practical assignments.

Require solid understanding of:

• RESTful APIs
• MVC / modular architecture
• Authentication & authorization (JWT, sessions)
• Git and version control workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in Core Java, Advanced Java (JSP/Servlets), and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Design and update course content based on industry trends.
• Conduct assessments, code reviews, and provide personalized feedback.
• Mentor students/professionals in real-world Java applications.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java, OOPs, JDBC, and Spring Framework.
• Prior experience in technical training or mentoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Position: IT Trainer

Responsibilities:

• -Provide training in HTML, CSS, Java, Python, REACT, Node.js.
• -Motivate students and ensure quality training delivery.
• -Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/IT or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Course/certification in IT preferred.
• Freshers and experienced with good communication and technical skills welcome.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MERN Stack web application development.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop real-world scenarios and case studies for trainees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous JS, No SQL Database, and REST API.

Manage the entire Training for all new joiners - including fresher and laterals - technical and English both

Manage all trainees - from their infrastructure, time in, time out, leaves, reporting, status, training schedule, training

technologies Etc.

Assess and evaluate all trainees and plan their training schedule, technologies, trainer, timings, etc.

Coordinate with recruitment team to hire and work with the best trainer for each technology

Coordinate with existing pool of trainers, add new trainers and organize online training

Assign tests, exams and get them evaluates for all trainees

Well versed with MS word and excel, google doc n sheets, WebEx and zoom

Manage all trainees data, results, ranking, status, and evaluate them and report to Management & HR

Train yourself if confident to give training in English or any IT language

Location : Bhopal

Timing : US Shift Timing 6 Pm to 3:30 AM

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Required Candidate profile

• Conduct online Javascript Training Sessions for today's youth as a Freelancer. (Also referred to as SOAL Learners)
• Conduct 1-1 online Mock interviews with the Learners to give them an understanding of what it takes to get hired in tech companies via feedback.
• Timings for the sessions conducted can be picked based on your flexibility.
• Get paid for the number of sessions you conduct each month. Your time is valuable.
