FullStack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Software Engineer to join our product team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready machine learning solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core product features and drive data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, training, and inference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven product opportunities
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions and technical implementations
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency for real-time applications
• Integrate AI/ML models with APIs and backend systems
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure best practices in data handling, model versioning, and reproducibility
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to product innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java/Go is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts
• Experience in building and deploying ML models in production
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Love of technology and experience with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, or Go
• Experience in full-stack development including designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing security, implementing frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing
• Experience with micro-services architecture
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
• Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Laravel.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a React.js and Laravel Developer.
2. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and Laravel.
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
5. Solid understanding of the full web development process, from design to deployment.
6. Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git).
7. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with other front-end libraries/frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
2. Knowledge of serverless architecture.
3. Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
4. Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

Qualification

• Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
• Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred. Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
• Having Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure, AWS, SharePoint, .Net) is a plus.

2. Excellent understanding and strong working exposure to the AWS platform and it’s a tool like cloud front S3 etc.
3. Proficient and good knowledge of working with databases 
4. Hands-on experiences on at least one DBMS
5. Exposure to web scrapping tools and framework
6. Search and indexing tools like elastic search
7. Exposure to HTML is a must
8. Prior experience of designing, developing and deploying platforms 
9. Knowledge of making SEO friendly and responsive web platforms
10. Experience in designing, scaling and securing APIs
