Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEAN Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript technologies across the full stack and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
• Develop dynamic, responsive, and reusable frontend components using Angular
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access control)
• Perform complex CRUD operations and optimize MongoDB queries
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with Angular (components, services, routing, state management)
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of frontend–backend integration
• Experience implementing authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git – branching, merging, pull requests)
• Understanding of application deployment and environment configuration
• Knowledge of JSON and API testing tools like Postman
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest,Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ERP Developer / ERP Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, or custom ERP)
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP depending on ERP platform)
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server)
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, payroll, sales, inventory, supply chain)
• Hands-on experience in custom module development and ERP reporting
• Proficient in Git/version control and CI/CD practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ERP deployment
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or service industry ERPs

• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems

Job Requirements - 

• Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Developer for 3+ years
• B tech degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field 
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions 
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum three-year experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm
• Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage:
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
• Experience with cloud technologies also a plus
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects properly and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.
• Define processes and deliverable that meet project goals and are reasonable within operational, cultural and technology constraints.
• Submit Weekly Sprint & Product Performance Report to Management
