The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across our tech stack to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that drive the next generation of customer support platforms. You will play a key role in building a robust, scalable, and high-performance application.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly UIs using React.js and React Flow.
- Design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js and Fastify.
- Work on real-time communication features with WebSockets.
- Optimize data storage and workflows using MongoDB and Temporal.
- Integrate third-party services like MailGun for transactional and notification emails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes.
Who You Are
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and backend frameworks like Fastify.
- Experience with MongoDB and real-time systems using WebSockets.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.
- Bonus: Experience with Python and email platforms like MailGun.
