About the role

We are looking to hire a dedicated Direct Response Copywriter Writer to create strong communication for all the stages of the Customer Journey. The copywriter will be expected to create stories that resonate with the audience and move them to action. The copywriter will be responsible for producing video scripts, Landing pages, Facebook & Google ads, Emails, and much more.

The copywriter will be expected to be data-driven. They will be expected to analyze data to see what is working and what’s not. This individual will be responsible for conducting audience research to understand the target market and then create communication strategies that resonate. 

Content for video scripts, landing pages, Facebook and Google ads, and emails. Responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed.

Your day-to-day:

• In-depth audience research to understand the audience on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
• Writing copy for all the stages of the customer journey
• Measuring the impact of the copy through data and improving on a consistent basis
• All completed layouts and artwork must be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no mistakes
• Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content

Role - Manager - Social Media & Copy

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Ability to transform briefs into compelling copy in sync with brand philosophy
• Should be adept at ideation, strategy and copywriting for social media channels primarily Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Understanding of YouTube channels and ability to create content for the same (along with team members). Good to have: script writing
• Aware of social media analytics that can be optimized to create a data driven social media strategy

What Would You Do During Your Internship

• Create engaging reels and tiktok (and/or outsource this effectively)for our social media platforms
• Help manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and direct messages
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to recommend improvements to increase performance of our social media platforms.
• Creating entertaining, interesting and fun reels to help increase the reach, impressions and followers of our digital audience(s). 
• Writing and creating (video) content in English and Hindi.

ABOUT YOU

Improve our users' experiences through copy: Creating original concepts and following through with clear, detailed and clear copy that is interesting, on brand, and focused on performance marketing. Writing in range of styles as appropriate for different clients

• Following best practices for quality user experiences from ideation user flow and wireframes to final content and implementation.
• Shape our product tone of voice guidelines:Help raise the bar for all brand communication, driving consistency and further developing our voice and tone guidelines as part of our wider foundational design system.
• Strengthen our brand:Working closely with our marketing copywriting team to make sure the copy you write to help people use our services is also consistent with our brand tone of voice and guidelines. Maybe you've been called a copywriter, or a content designer, brand manager or a content strategist in a previous role. Maybe you're a UX research or a designer who has become more focussed on language. You're someone who can communicate and present the decisions and constraints within a project.

You've worked on complex projects before. You have a strong opinion on how copy and communication can be applied to product development. You are a fast, iterative thinker who can partner with any relevant department.
