Job Title: Performance Marketer

Role Summary: We are looking for a data-driven creative problem solver who understands Bharat audiences deeply—small towns, Tier 2/3/4 behavior, local culture, emotions and purchase psychology. You will lead ad creative strategy, performance marketing experiments, user funnel optimization, and growth execution across Meta, Google & short-video platforms. The goal is to scale installs, reduce CAC, and drive revenue sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Performance Marketing strategy end-to-end.
• Build high-converting ad creatives/hooks/scripts aligned with Bharat users.
• Run A/B tests, iterate fast, break down metrics (CPI, CTR, CAC, ROAS).
• Work with designers/editors to ensure creatives are relatable, scroll-stopping.
• Analyze funnel drops → suggest UX + communication improvements.
• Scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Bharat audience behaviour (Tier 2/3/4).
• Creative thinking + storytelling ability.
• Performance mindset – numbers, optimisation, growth funnels.
• Experience in Google/Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of hooks, thumbnails, CTA psychology.
• Basic copywriting for ads in Hindi/Hinglish, any other language fluency would fetch you brownie points.

Experience

• 1–4 years in performance marketing & digital advertising.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Worked with Bharat-focused brand before.
• Have/had YT/IG channel with good reach
• Understanding of short-form video platforms+content (IG, YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to generate viral hook ideas + creative angles.
• Exposure to subscription-based product funnels.

Qualification

• Any graduate/PG. Marketing/Business/Media preferred but not mandatory.
• Skill > degree. Hands-on > theoretical knowledge.

• Hands-on experience in web development with PHP.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Proven ability to independently handle projects.
• Knowledge of jQuery and MVC frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks like Symfony and Laravel is a plus.
• Creative problem solver with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Work experience in the Codeigniter framework is preferred.

We are looking for a React+Iconic developer to build our cross-platform mobile application. You must be adept with React, ReactQuery, and Iconic and MUST have experience of using these technologies in a production environment.

You would be expected to also contribute to a couple of browser-based portals that support the product. You must have worked beyond JWT and used RSA and AES encryption and decryption.

You must have experience and be adept with Object Oriented Javascript and writing extensive business workflows in Javascript. You would be an expert in responsive design and should have experience converting Figma designs to reality

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

Content Writer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

In this position you will…

• Provide Support Services to our Gold & Enterprise customers using our flagship Acceldata Pulse,Flow & Torch Product suits. This may include assistance provided during the engineering and operations of distributed systems as well as responses for mission-critical systems and production customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to actively listen to customers and show empathy to the customer’s business impact when they experience issues with our products
• Participate in the queue management and coordination process by owning customer escalations, managing the unassigned queue.
• Be involved with and work on other support related activities - Performing POC & assisting Onboarding deployments of Acceldata & Hadoop distribution products.
• Triage, diagnose and escalate customer inquiries when applicable during their engineering and operations efforts.
• Collaborate and share solutions with both customers and the Internal team.
• Investigate product related issues both for particular customers and for common trends that may arise
• Study and understand critical system components and large cluster operations
• Differentiate between issues that arise in operations, user code, or product
• Coordinate enhancement and feature requests with product management and Acceldata engineering team.
• Flexible in working in Shifts.
• Participate in a Rotational weekend on-call roster for critical support needs.
• Participate as a designated or dedicated engineer for specific customers. Aspects of this engagement translates to building long term successful relationships with customers, leading weekly status calls, and occasional visits to customer sites

• At least 2+ years of experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), experience with managing and supporting a cloud infrastructure on any of the 3 platforms. Also knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker is a must.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (in example, TCP/IP, DNS, File system, Load balancing, database, Java)
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Prior enterprise support experience in a technical environment strongly preferred

Strong Hands-on Experience Working With Or Supporting The Following

• 8-12 years of Experience with a highly-scalable, distributed, multi-node environment (50+ nodes)
• Hadoop operation including Zookeeper, HDFS, YARN, Hive, and related components like the Hive metastore, Cloudera Manager/Ambari, etc
• Authentication and security configuration and tuning (KNOX, LDAP, Kerberos, SSL/TLS, second priority: SSO/OAuth/OIDC, Ranger/Sentry)
• Java troubleshooting, e.g., collection and evaluation of jstacks, heap dumps

• Linux, NFS, Windows, including application installation, scripting, basic command line
• Docker and Kubernetes configuration and troubleshooting, including Helm charts, storage options, logging, and basic kubectl CLI

• Experience working with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
