Job Description

have minimum experience of 4 to 5 years in WFX with inventory and Fabric sourcing

• Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems. 

• Oversee and maintain business process configuration, inbound and outbound integrations, and security

• Create and maintain advanced reports and web services to enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise, with end-user visibility both inside and outside of Workday
  
  
• Utilize Azure DevOps to coordinate and prioritize development efforts with the global team
  
  
• Understand HR work processes, and utilize LEAN or other process improvement methodologies to make processes more efficient
  
  
• Participate in periodic strategic planning exercises with the HR Operations Team to understand priorities and align the work efforts of key projects and working teams
  
  
• Participate in Agile development of Workday (our HRIS), working closely with the HR Operations team to prioritize and implement process improvements
  
  
• Provide leadership to other team members and stakeholders

• At least three years’ recent experience in HRIS or HR Operations
• Workday experience required, with a strong emphasis on security, reporting, and business process configuration. Need expertise on  Advanced compensation, absence, talent / performance experience and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) is a huge plus.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
• Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Role and responsibilities  

•         Senior Software Engineer work as an integral part of core software test automation team developing the requirement to meet the commitments and quality.

•         Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

•         Write well-designed, testable & high quality code

•         Integrate automated components into a fully functional software test automation system

•         Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing scripts

•         Comply with project plans and industry standards

•         Ability to Work closely with different scrum teams to understand the product and plan

•         Understanding of Agile practices and JIRA Technical skills requirements.

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

•         Strong Python programming skills

•         Good in Networking(L2/L3) basics

•         Software Test Automation Framework Designing

•         Software Test Process and bug lifecycle

•         Good in Selenium web driver and Rest API automation

•         Working experience on Linux based products

•         Understanding of data structures

•         Familiarity with Dockers Nice-to-have skills

•         Deep experience with both hardware and software

•         Good understanding of Communication Protocols and traffic validation tools

•         Design patterns

•         Open-source software

•         Familiarity with Tcl

•         Problem solving mind and attitude

•         Hands-on experience in Jenkins.

·         Architect, develop and deploy software using Django/ Python

·         Strong hands on experience in Django and Python Experience with RDBMS, PostgreSQL, MySQL.

·         Experience with HTML5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

·         Experience with Linux platform.

·         Experience building responsive web applications with Bootstrap

·         Understanding of Amazon AWS/ EC2 deployment architecture experience is a plus

·         Experience with source control management tools (Git preferred) Preferred skills 

·         Any work experience related to data scraping algorithms would be an add on weightage

• Managing various accounting transactions of the company by preparing and maintaining financial records and financial statements
• Managing various accounting activities which include, but not limited to, reconciliation of bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, calculation of taxes and filing tax returns etc
• Preparing and involving in budget forecasts
• Overseeing and Implementing accounting systems and processes and also communicating any technical issues related to the same
• Reviewing and handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Preparing financial reports, in regular intervals, to facilitate decision-making
• Overseeing and managing the expenses and budgets of the company
• Ensuring compliance of relevant Government rules, laws and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA is a must and relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years is also required
• Advanced MS Excel skills as well as strong knowledge and experience in Tally
• Experience in providing financial advice
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
