We use technology to deliver this through highly engaging care. We work with insurers to bring financial protection to our members so that they do not worry about their families’ well being. As a healthcare insurance broker, we provide companies with the best coverage and claims service for their employees and dependents. Doing this will mean that we create great products and services that work on changing behaviors and mindsets. This will need a deep understanding of design of products and services through an empathetic lens of what members need for their health and technology will play a very pivotal role in enabling our members to use our programs . Loop is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in writing both short-form and long-form content, with a keen understanding of digital platforms such as LinkedIn. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience across various channels. We’re looking for a candidate who is proactive, takes initiatives, is a team player and of course, is creative and loves writing.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and lead-gen ads.
- Coordinate with the different teams - product, design, sales, to create assets that they need.
- Develop long-form content such as articles, blog posts, and whitepapers.
- Upload posts and maintain social media - posting, scheduling, interacting and engaging with users.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is error-free.
- Conduct simple keyword research and create SEO optimized content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in copywriting.
- Use AI tools and analytics to enhance content creation processes while maintaining creativity and originality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to aid in content creation.
- Knowledge of script writing and experience in writing for LinkedIn are desirable.
- Background in writing for B2B or healthcare industries is a plus.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
