Job Title: Lead I - Product Implementation (Configuration - Healthcare Domain)

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

As a Configuration Lead – Product Implementation (Healthcare Domain), you will lead end-to-end product implementation projects, ensuring on-time, quality delivery while mentoring the implementation team. You will act as the bridge between clients, product teams, and engineering to drive customer success and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute healthcare product implementation plans ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Mentor and guide a team of Configuration Analysts and Implementation Engineers.

Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.

Build and enhance reusable tools, templates, and implementation assets.

Estimate efforts, define timelines, and maintain SLA compliance.

Conduct client demos, manage escalations, and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate across configuration, integration, conversion, and testing functions.

Maintain documentation, reports, and gold environments for all configurations.

Mandatory Skills

Healthcare Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of claims, clinical operations, and payor systems.

Product Implementation Leadership: Proven track record in enterprise product/configuration delivery.

Configuration Management: Experience configuring core admin systems for healthcare platforms.

Agile Delivery: Experience in sprint planning, execution, and backlog management.

Technical Knowledge:

DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Team Leadership: Strong mentoring and guidance experience.

Communication: Strong verbal and written client-facing communication skills.

Quality & Compliance: Adherence to best practices and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with HealthRules Payor (HRP) or similar platforms.

Knowledge of Benefit, Pricing, and Provider Configuration.

Experience in configuration promotion through multiple environments.

Exposure to integration and conversion workflows in healthcare systems.

Prior consulting or client-facing implementation background.

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand the needs of the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 4-8 years of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Experience in Fintech and B2B chat or social media products will add(ex: Facebook, Instagram, etc)

• You will be responsible for overseeing the development of Docsumo React webapp.
• You will be working closely with the founders and lead the frontend development
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues
• You will be responsible to provide oversight, accountability, and leadership for technical decisions.
• You will be designing and building modules in React within the Docsumo webapp.
• Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavours of latest but proven trends and methods

Skills:

• At least 6+ years years experience building React webapps
• Excellent command over React, redux, javascripts, HTML5 and CSS
• Provided effective team management and mentoring for over 3+ years to foster professional growth and drive team success
• Demonstrated ability to build 0-1 product from using React.
• Demonstrated ability of managing frontend engineers
• Proven skills in developing a production level end to end UI application on their own
• Familiarity with Version Control tools, deployment, cloud services and CI/CD
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in an Agile work environment with an incredibly fast pace and a large degree of independence.

Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience

*Ability to do stress testing + has knowledge of IT security (rate limiting, DDOS attacks etc)

*Proven Manual testing experience is a must.
*Good knowledge of Node.js and it's test platforms

*Automation exp will be a plus

* Should have experience in scripting (shell or python).

*Selenium experience and experience in managing CI/CD for code deployments is a plus
*Experience working with tools for version control (Git)
*Analytical and logical thinking with natural curiosity
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness

* Test current products and identifying deficiencies

* Suggest solutions to identified product problems 

* Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

• At least 1 year experience in light and medium level copy editing for STM, humanities and social sciences books
• Good command of English language
