- Merchandising & Presentation: Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and well-organized store environment that reflects the brand.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding health, safety, and employment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, staffing, and other operational metrics.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
