Job Role: Manual Software Tester

Experience Level: 1 - 2 years

Location: Bangalore, On-site

Job Overview:

As a Software Tester, you will collaborate closely with project developers, business analysts, and the team to ensure that our software solutions meet and exceed user expectations. You will be

responsible for developing test cases, performing various types of testing, conducting root cause analysis on defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes. Additionally, you will evaluate the functioning of the website and provide valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration and Requirement Analysis:

- Work collaboratively with project developers, business analysts, and the team members to

understand software requirements and user expectations.

2. Testing and Defect Management:

- Perform root cause analysis on defects found during testing to identify underlying issues and

potential project risks.

- Conduct exploratory and usability testing to proactively discover and report bugs before software

release.

- Execute comprehensive testing against the software to ensure all features function as designed

and meet intended user needs.

3. Website Functionality Check and Feedback:

- Regularly evaluate the functionality of the website to ensure it meets usability standards and user

expectations.

- Provide constructive feedback to developers and stakeholders regarding the website's

performance, user interface, and overall user experience.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Document test results, track defects, and provide clear and concise reports on testing progress

and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing results,

feedback, and priorities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work

experience).

● Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.

● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

● Experience in developing and executing test cases based on requirements and specifications.

● Ability to perform root cause analysis and effectively mitigate project risks related to defects.

● Proficiency in conducting exploratory testing and usability testing to identify potential issues.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facade and steel structure design under senior supervision.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings for shop drawings, layouts, and material schedules.
• Support in creating facade tender packages and system details.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, engineers, and project leads.
• Participate in design meetings and provide basic engineering inputs.
• Track drawing submissions and maintain documentation/version control.
• Help resolve design challenges and ensure timely project deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Building Design.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Familiarity with Rhino/SketchUp, Grasshopper/Python is a plus.
• Willingness to learn BIM tools.
• Understanding of materials like steel, aluminum, glass.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

• Detailed analysis of weekly viewership data of the Genre/channel/region. Updation of all weekly presentations with accurate analysis.

•  Understanding the pulse of the viewing behavior of the channel/genre/Total TV and having thorough knowledge of TV trends on account of TV/ non TV factors
•  Have detailed in-depth knowledge of every change on the channel (Programming, Storyline or Anchor)
•  Addressing client queries with detailed insights and requirements of communication team and other internal stakeholders
•  Continuous process standardization and improvement
•  Handling various project over and above the above deliveries.

Role Description:

The Sr. Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with new clients and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing ones. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of digital marketing and sales processes. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, adept at negotiating deals, and skilled at closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or influencer marketing sectors.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry-specific challenges.

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand the client base through effective lead generation and nurturing.

• Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly.
• Drive the sales process from plan to close, engaging necessary team members from other departments as required.

You should have

• Should be able to analyse requirements, design solutions, write code, debug code and modify existing software enhancements or develop new product software.

• Should have good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews.
