Position - Full Stack Developer (MERN + Laravel/PHP)

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Build responsive and modern interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop APIs and server-side logic with Node.js, Express.js, PHP, and Laravel.
• Database & API Work:
• Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Collaboration & Delivery: Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment, using Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

Problem Solving: Debug, optimize, and ensure scalability and maintainability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of React.js (hooks, lifecycle, state management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.Hands-on experience with Node.js + Express.js (middleware, error handling, authentication/authorization).Solid expertise in PHP & Laravel framework (routing, middleware, Eloquent ORM, Artisan CLI).Experience in API design, authentication (JWT, Laravel Sanctum), and integration.Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD tools.Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork in Agile projects.

The ideal candidate would be a person having a strong technical know-how of Drupal application development & CMS concepts, backed with an equally strong hands-on experience. Design of clients Cloud solutions with a focus on AWS.​

Undertake short-term delivery engagements related to cloud architecture with a specific focus on AWS and Cloud Migrations/Modernization.​

Provide leadership in migration and modernization methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud.​

Implementation of AWS within in large regulated enterprise environments.​

Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption.​

Work with designers and developers in the team to guide them through the solution implementation.​

• Should have E-publishing and Editorial services domain knowledge
• Should understand the competitive landscape and identify the gaps in the market
• Must be able to identify the right opportunities & qualify leads for the Sales team

Required Experience / Qualifications

• MBA from a good institute with a go-getter attitude to pursue leads and targets
• A motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for Publishing technology
• 4-6 years of experience in a sales & marketing role
• Knowledge of commonly used CRM Salesforce and Marketing automation tools and dashboards
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
