What Will You Be Doing?

• Translate the designs into production grade implementation for the Invoice user flows.
• Understand how to integrate with apis's using graphql or any other async library etc.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to clarify and implement the requirements.
• Drive, lead, and contribute to the full software development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

• 5+ years of full stack software development experience with strong expertise on front-end implementation.
• Experience with modern Javascript / TypeScript frameworks such as React, Preact, Angular, Next, Vue or Meteor.
• Hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and monitoring GraphQL queries and mutations in a production environment.
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (preferably Java / Kotlin).
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications, such as well-designed APIs, modular integrations and efficient algorithms.
• Passionate about design and building UX for customer facing applications.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

Front End First

• Solid hands on experience with React and TypeScript or an equivalent modern framework
• Ability to convert designs into clean, functional UI without hand holding
• Comfortable building and owning end to end user flows like forms, dashboards, and workflows
• Working knowledge of performance basics, accessibility, and responsive design

GraphQL

• Practical experience consuming GraphQL APIs
• Writing queries and mutations confidently
• Understanding how to handle loading, error states, and basic caching
• Does not need to design the entire schema, but should not treat GraphQL as magic either

Backend Awareness

• Working experience in Java or Kotlin
• Ability to understand existing backend services and make incremental changes
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and basic system interactions
• Not expected to design large systems independently, but should ask the right questions

Engineering Hygiene  

• Writes readable, maintainable code
• Comfortable with unit tests and basic integration tests
• Experience working with code reviews and CI CD pipelines
• Understands production readiness and release discipline

Product and UX Sensibility

• Good eye for design and usability
• Can spot obvious UX gaps and raise them early
• Thinks in terms of user flows, not just tasks
• Understands trade offs between speed and quality

Collaboration Skills

• Can work well with PMs and Designers
• Communicates clearly and proactively
• Takes ownership of features, not just tickets
• Receptive to feedback and able to iterate fast.

Responsibilities

• To Co-ordinate with regional teams and collect the required data
• Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Presentation is a must
• Candidate must be able to handle large data sets and handle spreadsheets.
• Good at analyzing the data & Presentation
• Coordination with the team for timely submission of reports, tracking progress
• Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions toward a more efficient reporting model.
• Preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reports of different functions and summarizing the same
• Must be able to Generate/Update Reports, Create dashboards, Pivot tables
• Monthly/ Quarterly reconciliations and data cleansing to ensure the integrity of reported numbers.
• Review and investigate trends and provide commentary for management.
• Finding discrepancies in the process and arriving at a resolution

Deliverables:

Manage Social Channel Strategy, Ideation and Programming 

• Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional  campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all 

relevant social media platforms. This includes upcoming news (funding announcements, IPOs, media coverage) and thought leadership content, and amplification of portfolio content when  appropriate

• Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality

• Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team.

• Develop social media campaign strategy for content launches, company exits/milestones, and events

• Draft social copy and create social graphic assets in Canva, and/or videos tailored for relevant social media, review edits and finalize assets

• Monthly report detailing social performance with insights and recommendations

• Make recommendations for team to improve their social presence

• Social monitoring and listening – listen to relevant conversations, see where we can opportunistically plug in, flag content deficits

• Apply fundamental software engineering design principles and write effective, scalable code.
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, synchronization & performance analysis of web applications
• Highly experienced with developing RESTful API’s
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications
• Develop unit tests, automation and debug code

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
• 5+ work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in Django or at least one other popular Python web framework
• (like Flask or Pyramid)
• Excellent Python 3 development & debugging skills
• Knowledge of object oriented analysis & design as well as object-relational mapping (ORM) techniques
• Strong understanding microservices architecture & design patterns
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, including good
• documentation of API using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
• Familiarity with GIT
• Familiarity with microservices development & deployment, including CI/CD pipelines
• (e.g. Jenkins) and containerization platforms (e.g, Docker)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year recent experience with all of the skills listed below.

Our project entails implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.
