The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in W2 recruitment, vendor management, client coordination, and team leadership. This role involves leading a team of 5 recruiters, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates, optimizing submission quality, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 US IT and Non-IT Recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance recruiter productivity and quality of submissions.
- Allocate job requirements across the team, balancing workloads to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide continuous guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and client communication.

2. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for W2 candidates across multiple domains including IT (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, etc.) and Non-IT (Administrative, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Operations) roles.
- Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and internal databases to source qualified candidates.
