Responsibilities

Role Overview

  We would like to initiate a manpower requirement for an experienced sales  resource exclusively for Lenovo Gaming Desktop business in above locations.

 Considering the growth potential of the gaming segment, we require a candidate who can independently drive the business across mentioned locations with strong  product knowledge, channel engagement, and market-development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Lenovo Gaming Desktop sales across mentioned location.
2. Develop and maintain a strong network of gaming and IT channel partners.
3. Identify new markets, partners and customer opportunities for Lenovo Gaming products.

Conduct regular partner/customer visits and product presentations.

1. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Track competitor activity, market pricing and product trends.
3. Work closely with Lenovo and internal teams for business development and closures.
4. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
5. Provide regular market and sales updates to management.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate – preferably in any relevant technical/IT discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in IT hardware, PC, gaming products, or related technology sales.
• Technical Knowledge: Candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Gaming PCs/Desktops, processors, graphics cards, RAM, storage, displays, peripherals, configurations and other gaming-related products.
• Product Understanding: Should be able to understand and explain gaming configurations, compare specifications, recommend suitable configurations to customers/partners, and position Lenovo Gaming products effectively against competition.
• Channel Experience: Prior experience working with IT channel partners, dealers, resellers, system integrators and gaming-focused partners will be preferred.
• Market Development: Should be capable of identifying and onboarding new partners, developing existing partners, generating new business opportunities and expanding Lenovo Gaming Desktop presence across mentioned locations.
• Territory Ownership: The resource will be exclusively responsible for Lenovo Gaming Desktop sales across the entire mentioned locations market and will be expected to take complete ownership of the assigned territory.
• Travel Requirement: The candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel across mentioned locations and upcountry markets, for partner/customer meetings, market development, product demonstrations and business closures.
• Sales Orientation: Strong focus on achieving sales targets, revenue growth, pipeline generation and regular follow-up with partners/customers.
• Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively interact with channel partners and end customers.
• Reporting: The resource will report to the respective their branch/team management and will be responsible for providing regular updates on pipeline, business opportunities, partner development and sales performance.

A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues in an organization's desktop environment. The role involves assisting employees with troubleshooting, maintaining, and resolving issues related to their desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Job Summary:

1. Hardware Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.).
• Perform hardware repairs and upgrades.

1. Software Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including OS installations, software updates, and application support.
• Ensure proper functioning of office productivity software (MS Office, etc.) and enterprise applications.

1. Network Support:

Job Description – Ground Team (Field Engineers)

Qualification: 10+2+Hardware Course and Networking Course/ Graduate with Hardware and Networking Course, Core Hardware, and Networking Profile field profile.

Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore

Package: INR 19000 – 21000 CTC Per Month Plus Conveyance as per Policy + Insurance

Experience:

• 1 + yrs (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers and other accessories)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Engineer is a role of on-site technical support, troubleshooting and support to corporate and retail clients.

• This role is critical for ensuring that the organization's end-users have great experience with brand representative.

• The field engineer will visit PUDO Centre twice in a day – to collect hardware part as per the calls for the day and in the evening to deposit back the collected part from the client to drop back to PUDO. Field engineer will be responsible for successfully closing the allocated calls for the day.

• MUST know laptop repairs for all BRANDS and Close Tickets successfully

Must Have:

• 2-wheeler with a valid license.

• Open for field profile.

Job Description: 

Handling desktop issues 

Need to configure, implement, maintain develop and support. 

Network trouble shooting and hardware configuration. 

Should have good working experience on DNS etc, 

Networking design and implementation. 

Hands on experience working on servers will be an added advantage. 

Good communication skills. 

Should be able to join immediately or in a week. 

• Provide L1 support including desktops, laptops and printers and other IT related accessories
• Carry out initial troubleshooting and resolve the issue; if not escalate to L2 support or corresponding OEM
• Raise ticket within supplied ticketing system and update and close with end user confirmation
• Install and configure Windows Operating Systems and application software Like MS-Office, Outlook, Antivirus etc
• Install, configure and upgrade security software (e.g. Antivirus programs) like McAfee or Kaspersky software
• Install, configure and troubleshoot various PC Hardware Components
• Configure and troubleshoot of LAN and Wi-Fi setup
• Install and troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and Projector

About you:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer from any industry

• Hands on experience in troubleshooting in Desktop, Laptop and PC Hardware

• Strong experience in Anti-Virus software installation and Management

• Good experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Network Devices

• Basic knowledge of Server administration and Server hardware

• Good working knowledge on MS-Office

• Good communication and problem-solving skill

• Any bachelor’s degree with IT background would be a plus
