Analyse and understand the JIRA business stories and design the technical solutions.  

• Design, Develop, and evaluate the AWS Cloud based technical solutions.  
• Lead, Track tasks, Oversee, and mentor less experienced team members.  
• Integrate with other SPE proprietary applications using RESTful webservices complying latest industry design and coding standards.  
• Strong Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and keep SPEs standard complex system solutions.  
• Strong understanding and first-hand experience on agile software development approaches in a fast paced and continuously changing B2B marketing business environment.  
• Working on large scale systems development or integration projects, acting as the Project lead performing analysis and documenting technical requirements, data requirements, data architecture and relationships.  
• Provide subject matter expertise on overall IT solution, system and data flow architecture for Spring based micro services.  
• Provide primary technology support for in-house proprietary B2B projects with supported application platforms.  
• Review & approve Github Pull requests using the existing Application Development Frameworks and Coding Standards. 
• Provide production support in managing the application incidents and priority-based problem resolution.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good grasp of front-end technologies, particularly React, and is eager to expand their skills across the full stack. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, contributing to exciting web development projects while gaining experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Knowledge of WordPress and PHP is appreciated but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using React and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Next.js.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
• Support in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements of the development process.
• Maintain version control and follow collaborative development practices using Git.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience or internships in software development, focusing on Next.js.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with React and state management libraries such as Redux.
• Basic understanding of back-end development and databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, SQL).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Understanding of modern software engineering principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with WordPress and PHP development is a plus, but not required.

• Design and develop a comprehensive website using Next.js, integrating both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with team members, including designers and project managers, to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and practices.
• Conduct testing to identify bugs and technical issues before and after deploying.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information for reference and reporting.

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code
  

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Should have strong analytical skills                                                  
  

• Good communication skills

• Capable of juggling several priorities and delivering results on time in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2,S3,Lambda,SES) 
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx, Tomcat) and UI/UX design
