Role : Channel Partner Manager Company: AppKnox Location: Bangalore Scope of Responsibilities Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory. Must be able to show successful channel sales track record and quota achievement of enterprise (SaaS) software products and services solutions. Must be highly motivated and able to function independently within their target territory. Manage relationships with partners and vendors to build the brand and the business. Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships. Build the organizational partner network through targeted outreach and strong planning. Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics Must have proven and successful sales experience at managing partner resources and complex, multi-dimensional sales efforts, both at the customer level and corporate environment. Experience in the area of cyber-security solutions is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required. The ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level is a requirement. Ability to travel on a need basis. Education/Experience Minimum 5+ years experience managing partners and selling enterprise software through channels. Bachelor's / Masters’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field is preferred. Month 1 you will be working on Learn the existing Channel partner ecosystem and setup a collaborative process with all partners. Understanding the Appknox Offerings and Partner Program in depth. Interact with different internal teams to get hands- on and educated on how things work at AppKnox. Month 2 & 3 you should be able to Predict closures on a monthly basis from your channel Feedback on pricing to rework on a rate card that will work in the respective regions. Work on GTM with 2 channel partners at least. Handle closures with partners with support from the rest of the team. Onboard new channel partner for regions we don’t have a presence in. Month 4,5 & 6 you should be able to Plan Close Door events with channel partners with Agenda and invite Attendees and manage post-event closures. A model for channel partners to build a funnel and expand sales. Plan funnel for next one year to predict channel revenue for the period. Own channel partner number and also look at the future roadmap and growth for channel partner network @Appknox.
