● 9+ years’ of experience working as a software developer.

● Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

● Strong experience in building applications that interact with relational databases using SQL.

● Some experience of Enterprise Java (J2EE / JavaEE / Spring) application architectures.

● History of delivering high-cadence modern applications with applied Agile methodologies, test-first development approaches, adopting CI/CD pipelines and using Git version control.

· Talk to debtors (distributors) for receiving payments and meeting target collection goals

· Address debtors’ complaints and grievances by coordinating with factory and management

· Debtor & Creditor account reconciliation

· Coordinate with the bank to complete their monthly documentation

· Manage the daily cashbook

· Make and check sale vouchers from dispatch details

· Make and check purchase vouchers from receiving details from factory

· Handle daily cash and maintain cashbook

· Manage administrative activities including payment of utility bills, maintaining office facilities, etc

· Office and marketing payroll preparation and management

· Assist the management in overseeing operations at the company depot/shop

· Handle the personal tax files of the promoters

· Complete all requirement of the appointed CA

· There is NO corporate taxation work in this role

The Candidate should:

· Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6yrs of experience in managing accounts and collections

· Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning

· Have experience of operating Tally Prime

· Have experience in handling a wide variety of projects

· Be comfortable with written English

Primary Purpose

To assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing the brand& presence, and driving business goals in the salon, beauty, and wellness industry.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop effective marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns on social media platforms, exhibitions, and promotional events, ensuring they align with brand objectives and achieve full delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure collaborative efforts in promotional activities.
• Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute communication strategies and initiatives to promote brand messaging and engagement.
• Regularly interface, consult, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, as well as manage relationships with social media agencies, vendors, corporate activities, and influencers.
• Gain a deep understanding and knowledge of the salon, beauty, and wellness industry to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with advertising, graphic design, marketing or strategic communications focus
• 1+ or more years of related experience in graphic design
• Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of various design production tools and software
• Knowledge of and demonstrated abilities in design principles, image manipulation, photo retouching, layouts and typography

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Collaborate with the business teams to understand the data environment in the organization; develop and lead the Data Scientists team to test and scale new algorithms through pilots and subsequent scaling up of the solutions
• Influence, build and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for the AI projects, and integrate with external IT infrastructure/service
• Act as the single point source for all data related queries; strong understanding of internal and external data sources; provide inputs in deciding data-schemas
