Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, and be comfortable working on different types of video content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines
● Collaborate with content, marketing, or creative teams to understand project requirements
● Add graphics, text, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality
● Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
● Maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across all video content
● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
● Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing
● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc
● Basic knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and visual effects
● Understanding of aspect ratios and formats for different digital platforms
● Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills
● Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
● Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects or similar)
● Familiarity with social media content trends
● Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading
● A portfolio or sample work showcasing editing skills
