1. SEO Growth Specialist (Organic Ranking + Authority Building + Keyword + Strategy)

Experience: 1 – 4 years

Role Summary

Drive organic traffic and inbound leads by ranking strategically chosen SaaS keywords. Build domain authority through on-page, off-page, and SEO growth experiments.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform keyword clustering, topic mapping & search intent analysis

 Optimize website architecture, meta tags, schema & content

 Build quality backlinks, manage outreach & guest posting

 Rank local keywords (ERP Nashik, HRMS Maharashtra etc.)

 Track daily rankings & monthly organic MQL trends

 Collaborate with Content Specialist for SEO-rich content

Ideal Candidate

 Practical ranking experience

 Familiar with SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO

 Experiment-driven mindset

 Strong understanding of SaaS search behavior

1. Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads + Funnels + Analytics)

Experience: 1.5 – 5 years

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end paid acquisition engine for all Byte Elephants SaaS products. Runhigh-converting campaigns, optimize budgets, build landing pages, and deliver predictable monthly MQLs.

Key Responsibilities

 Run LinkedIn Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, and retargeting campaigns

 Manage Google Search, Display, Retargeting & Performance Max

 Build & A/B test landing pages (Zoho, Unbounce, Webflow, WP)

 Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar

 Reduce CPL and improve conversion rates

 Integrate leads into CRM workflows & automate nurturing sequences

 Prepare weekly performance dashboards with insights

Ideal Candidate

 Strong analytical mindset

 Hands-on with LinkedIn + Google Ads

 Able to scale budgets responsibly

 Experience in B2B or SaaS preferred

Two Role Descriptions

1.Content & AI Creative Specialist (Blogs + Graphics + Scripts + Videos)

Role Summary

Produce high-quality content across all formats using a combination of writing skills, design thinking, and AI tools. This is the content engine of Byte Elephants.

Key Responsibilities

 Create blogs, articles, case studies, landing page content

 Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic) for ideation

 Design social creatives using Canva / Photoshop / Figma

 Create reels, short-form videos, explainers (CapCut, InVideo, Descript,

RunwayML)

 Repurpose long content into multiple short formats

 Support SEO & SMM teams with content requirements

Ideal Candidate

 Strong English communication

 Creative + fast learner

 Basic design + video editing skills

 Knows how to operate AI tools effectively

2.Social Media Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn + Instagram +

Engagement + Social Conversions)

Role Summary

Build Byte Elephants brand authority and generate inbound leads via LinkedIn,Instagram, YouTube & Facebook. Drive engagement, community building and social-first content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily posting, engagement & brand storytelling

 Build LinkedIn presence via content, outreach & micro-videos

 Plan monthly social media calendars

 Run organic + paid social lead generation activities

 Convert social traffic into MQLs via lead magnets & landing pages

 Track analytics: reach, impressions, CTR, lead contribution

Ideal Candidate

 Deep understanding of LinkedIn marketing

 Strong sense of visual + content-based communication

 Experience in reels, carousels & SMM tools (Buffer, Zoho Social, Predis)
