Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our fast paced real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, understanding their property requirements, providing relevant information, and scheduling site visits. The goal is to convert

leads into prospects and contribute to the company’s sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.

• Systematic follow-up with interested leads and timely updates on new offers.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams and clients.

• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and lead progress using CRM tools.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Whatsapp blast and email marketing to be carried out.

Education qualifications:

• Minimum preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

• Experience in real estate or similar industry is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local & regional specific languages (Hindi, Kannada & Tamil).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work in a target-driven environment.

• Must be comfortable with working on weekends and fixed weekday offs (as per company’s norms).

Manager - Finance & Accounting 

Experience: 6-8 Years

Requirements 

1. Accounting 

- Proven experience as a senior accountant 

- Expertise with financial accounting statements 

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process 

- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables - Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills 

- A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field 

- Good knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and law changes 

- Good knowledge of PF, gratuity and other employee benefits - Good knowledge of documentation needed for out of country payments/receivables

Responsibilities 

Compliances 

● Ensure timely and accurate compliance filings with the help of accountant

● Ensure timely invoicing and collection of A/R 

● Ensure monthly accounts tallying, P&L statements, cash budgets as per process defined. 

Vendors and Auditors 

● Work with auditors to ensure accounting discipline and controls are followed ● Work with external vendor to ensure all US filings and compliances and timely and accurate 

● Work with external vendors for payments of insurance, PF, etc. 

Payments and Investments 

● Comfortable making payments via banking instruments 

● Comfortable with investment instruments like short term deposits, liquid funds, etc 

Reporting 

● Maintain existing reporting for management, employees and CFO ● Ensure timely updates 

● Qualitative reporting on variances 

People management 

● Be a good, supportive manager of accountant 

● Drive and maintain good relations with vendors, CA/Auditors, etc and help them to deliver accurately and on time.

We are hiring a Manager to lead our Finance and Accounts inhouse, who will be ably supported by an inhouse accountant, a partial CFO, an external CA and auditor firm, and an external US compliances vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research using SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify target keywords for optimization.
• On-Page Optimization: Assist in optimizing web pages for SEO, including improving title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to ensure they are search-engine friendly.
• Technical SEO Support: Assist in monitoring site performance and troubleshooting SEO-related issues like page speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
• SEO Audits: Conduct basic SEO audits and analyze websites for performance improvements, including broken links, duplicate content, and other technical factors.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites and their SEO strategies to uncover new opportunities for improvement.
• Link Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out for potential backlink opportunities to increase website authority.
• Reporting: Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to generate insights and monthly reports.

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineering Supervisor will lead a small engineering team across technology and business capabilities to build and enhance modern business applications for ERP systems in the company. In this role, you will guide team in product development, architecture and technology adherence to ensure delivered solutions are secure and scalable. You will also lead team development and cross team relationships and delivery to advance the company's engineering delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of engineering professionals that design, develop, deploy and enhance the new and existing software solutions.
• Provide direction to the team to build highly scalable and resilient software products and platforms to support business needs.
• Provide input and guidance to the delivery team across technology and business capabilities to accomplish team deliverables.
• Provide support to software engineers dedicated to products in other portfolios within ERP teams.
• Partner with the engineering community to coach engineers, share relevant technical approaches, identify new trends, modern skills and present code methodologies.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confirmed hands on technical experience with technologies including cloud, software development and continuous integration and continuous delivery
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading engineers in the area of ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.

Technical Requirement

• Candidate should have some expertise on Magento 2.X
• Software programming for Magento 2.X to build extensions, widgets, custom integrations
• Strong understanding of the Magento 2.X System Architecture, Design, Theming, Functionality, Enhancements, Configuration.
• Create and customize Magento 2.X themes including templates, layouts, CSS, Javascript, and other components of the front end of a Magento 2.X site
• Uses the Admin Panel to implement design-related system configuration and modify the appearance of specific pages (for instance, CMS, categories, and products)
• Use Business Processes in Magento 2.X such as Structure of catalog, indexes, promotions, price generation logic, Architecture of checkout, payment/shipment methods, sales/order processing
