About the Role

We are hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently build and scale full-stack applications from scratch. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Redux, and REST APIs, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture, mobile API integrations, and responsive design.

Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, Kafka, Redis, webhooks, and database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB is essential. You’ll be working on scalable systems, enterprise-grade platforms, and AI-integrated products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (with TypeScript) and Node.js (Express/NestJS)
• Build and document robust RESTful APIs and mobile-ready endpoints
• Implement and consume webhooks for third-party integrations and internal event-based workflows
• Ensure responsive design principles across devices and screen sizes
• Integrate with mobile applications via secure and scalable APIs
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Build and deploy microservices architecture using Kafka, Redis, Docker, etc.
• Manage application state using Redux or Redux Toolkit
• Write test cases using Mocha, Chai, Jest, or similar frameworks
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and scalability planning
• Follow Agile practices, perform code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product Management

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Redux
• Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks
• Deep knowledge of responsive UI/UX development
• Hands-on experience with mobile-first API design and integrations
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, Docker, and microservices
• Exposure to LLM, GPT, RAG, or similar AI models
• Solid understanding of software architecture and ability to build systems from the ground up
• Working knowledge of API security, JWT, OAuth, and rate-limiting
• Familiar with test-driven development and QA practices
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative workflows good to Have
• Experience with GraphQL and gRPC
• Experience in building SaaS or AI-integrated platforms
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch or RabbitMQ
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures

Job Description

• Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more.
• Effective, consistent and reader-friendly writing style.
• Strong English writing skills and basic familiarity with the internet and search engines.
• Capable of writing an article on any subject, theme, blog or website.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Concise, clear and confident communication.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to establish and achieve goals.
• Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
• Work closely with content marketing and digital marketing to produce content that generates results
• A content writer should clearly understand the objectives, and target audience, and assure the content is user-friendly and keyword/SEO Optimized.
• Writing content as needed, including blogs, articles, web pages, etc.
• The content should be informative and engaging and should enable visitors to get their information promptly and efficiently.

Content and Relationship Manager Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, English and Related field
• 1-2 years experience in writing content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Highly articulate with experience in developing content based on consumer needs or data insights
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as an ability to assess visual communication, to enable evaluation of motivating, accurate and effective communications.
• Innovative, self-reliant and determined approach to duties with an ability to work and think creatively

• Must be self-motivated and flexible.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Working on the website admin, therefore, he/she should be familiar with WordPress or similar software.
• Working on game admin and updating the content to it.
• Creating event content and engaging content for social media.
• Making the existing game content more interesting and entertaining.
• Working on Upwork for hiring freelancers for content-related jobs.
• Have basic knowledge of SEO.
• Knows MS Word and MS Excel in particular.
• Working as a think tank to make our games, gaming content, and user experience better.
• Working closely with the marketing and testing team.

Qualifications:

0-6 months of proven experience as a Content Writer

Preferably a graduate in English Literature/ Mass Communication

Job Type: Work from Office; 5 days a week; 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
