Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, ideally in the B2B software or SaaS industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage content projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong experience in case studies, customer testimonials, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and organizational tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities

● Work on improvements to be made to Tikitoro’s Shopify website

● Fix any bugs, detect and troubleshoot theme related issues

In this role you will be part of the Product Engineering Team, and will be responsible for working with cross functional teams.

Experience Required

5+ years experience, having worked on both frontend and backend development - hands on development experience from front end, middle tier and back end.

3+ years of experience building Restful web service using node.js

3+ years of experience for writing batch/cron jobs using Python and shell scripting

3+ years of experience in web application development using javascript and ReactJs

Have understanding of javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Rest based applications

Experience in database techs - mongodb, mysql, redis, elastic search

You’ll be an early engineer in a newly formed engineering team. • Proficient in software design, modularity, testability and software quality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Additional desired qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience in the following stack: Python, Ruby On Rails, React, Postgres, AWS
• Experience in working on natural language processing, and ML for text and audio.
• Fast self-learner, with aptitude and interest in learn new technologies, languages & frameworks
• Experience working on data-pipelines, and data transformation systems.
• Experience setting up, managing and ensuring best practices on public clouds like AWS, GCP, or Azure (we use AWS)
