We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Web Development Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and capable of training learners in both frontend and backend technologies while also contributing to live development projects.

this role is for the technical trainer to train the student for the placements

you also act as a trainer cum developer for some projects

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web development (HTML/CSS), structured programming in C, and object-oriented programming using Python and Java. This role involves designing engaging lessons, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for real-world tech challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Working with school kids and teaching them subjects like block coding, Python, Robotics,3D printing, Electronics, Drones, etc.

2.Creating & maintaining tech and official documents as required.

3.Conducting engaging events and preparing students for competitions.

4.Developing innovative education resources for school students.

5.Guiding and mentoring students, designing engaging workshops, and fostering a creative learning environment.

6.Conducting virtual sessions.

7.Conducting training sessions for junior team members

8.Managing team at school

9.Coordinating with school management to full fill organisation goals

Assisting seniors in their work.

Qualifications:

Must have requirement

1.Atleast 6 months of experience in teaching school-going students.

Foundational experience of working on basic electronics, Arduino & other microcontroller etc..

2.Should possess a well-functioning laptop.

Optional/Preferred

1.Freshers with relevant skills & prior experience teaching school students are encouraged to apply

2.People with teaching passion & relevant skills are encouraged to apply

3.Prior teaching experience in a similar subject will be an added advantage.

4.Good proficiency in English communication will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Location

Salary: Upto 3lpa

Location: Udaipur

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
