Position Responsibilities :

Deltek is seeking driven, intellectually curious, and high-performing individuals to join our Enterprise Sales Development team. If you thrive on building relationships with senior decision-makers, researching complex organizations, and creating value through meaningful discovery, this role is for you. 

You’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, helping large professional services firms and project-based organizations solve real operational challenges. Your focus will be generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, multi-threaded engagement, and a strong command of Deltek’s solutions. 

What You’ll Do 

As an Enterprise SDR, you will: 

• Build and execute targeted outreach strategies into strategic enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) 
• Engage multiple stakeholders in complex buying groups, including C-level executives, Finance, Operations, and Project Leadership roles 
• Conduct in-depth account and persona research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce 
• Initiate thoughtful, personalized conversations via phone, email, and social platforms to educate prospects on how Deltek solves real business pain points 
• Qualify leads using frameworks such as PACT or SPIN and deliver opportunities to field reps with clear context and urgency 
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on key account strategies and ABM campaigns 
• Meet and exceed activity metrics, pipeline contribution goals, and meeting quotas 
• Continuously sharpen your skills through our SDR Growth Plan, which focuses on enterprise selling, discovery mastery, and readiness for promotion 

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 
• One or more years of B2B sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience. Experience with enterprise prospects is a plus 
• A proven ability to craft personalized messaging that earns executive attention 
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially over the phone

Experience & Expertise:

• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript with at least 2+ years of extensive experience on Javascript libraries and micro frameworks

About the Role:

You are a passionate Senior Consultant who will lead a team and own on-time technical delivery for the projects assigned, with high quality. You will design and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software ensuring that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization. You will be accountable to provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates. You will be responsible to apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test , code coverage and integration test coverage.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the UX/product team to understand the requirements.
2. Conduct feasibility analysis and high level technical design for changes proposed to the application.
3. Design and build highly scalable multi vendor applications.
4. Integrate with third party SDK for analytics and other app features.
5. Design database and develop appropriate backend services as needed for the mobile app.
6. Debug, Analyse and Optimise the performance of the application.

       7.Build and deploy to app stores (iOS and Android).

       8.Work with mobile devices testing platforms to accelerate testing               across different devices.

       9.Write high quality code with unit tests and detailed documentation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Overall Mobile development exp. of 4+ years

Who you are:

We are looking for experienced / energetic Demo Jockey (s) who can represent the 500apps brand well and engage our prospective customers in partnership with the sales team in meaningful ways for customers as well as 500apps.. Ideal candidates will share our passion to learn and master the apps to make customers appreciate 500apps in their situation / context. The successful candidate will be business savvy, detail oriented and be able to build effective demo’s to suit a prospective customer's use case. She / he would have had relevant experience in a SaaS / Product based company.

What you will be doing (responsibilities):

1. Work as part of the Sales POD in a matrixed environment to close deals.

2. Pull together effective demo’s using necessary apps for desired outcomes.

3. Keep an eye on the Sales pipeline and build / customize demo’s as needed prior to client meetings in partnership with the sales team.

4. Gather feedback from Customers post demonstration and provide the same to the Product team for potential enhancements / tweaks to fit into the customer's environment.

5. Be available / flex for demo’s as per shift / region assigned.

6. Build and maintain a repository of ready to use Demo’s for most frequent use cases.

7. Create and submit necessary reports.

8. Be the product champion / evangelist for 500apps.com

9. Stay on top of updates in current apps and new apps being launched - explore new app combinations for enhanced results.

Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:

• Clear and articulate communicator in English language to be able to effectively engage International customers.
• Ability to learn and apply apps in a stand alone fashion as well as in combination with other apps to deliver enhanced results for Customer use cases.
• Ideal candidate has a broad understanding of industries, domains, functions and disciplines to be able to effectively and quickly apply the apps in appropriate scenarios.
• You will ideally have a combination of both Product (Computer Sciences) and Business education and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as Demo Specialist or Onboarding Specialist in a B2B setting.
• Should be able to work effectively in a Matrixed environment - working closely with Sales and Customer Success Teams.
