The Difference You Will Make:

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: -Ensures the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the villa's pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised -Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution -Develops and implements plans where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved -Leads and manages the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department -Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained. 

A Typical Day:

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders -Reviews and scrutinizes the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance -Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for an internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required Requirements of the Sales Manager: -Proven experience in sales with strong problem-solving capabilities -Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style -Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

1. Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market/ industry. Information about MEDDIC is a plus
2. Being the face of CM.com’s and introducing the company and the product to the prospects so as to generate funnel.
3. Write creative communication (emails/ Inmails) to grab  the attention of prospects.
4. Ideate and innovate methods to improve SDR metrics

What You’ll Do

• Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric design thinking.
• Deeply understand business goals, distill them into design problems, and come up with elegant solutions.
• Own and drive the end-to-end process for solving UI/UX design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test and refine.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, customer success managers, and marketeers to design intuitive and engaging user .
• Create user scenarios, user journey workflows, wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes throughout software product development lifecycle.
• Deliver hi-fidelity design mockups and assets ready for software frontend development.

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in Web and mobile responsive apps.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your problem solving skill and high design caliber.
• Fluency in contemporary design aesthetics, paradigms, and tools.
• You are creative, detail-oriented, and methodical with a passion for user-centered design.
• You are self-motivated with a go-getter attitude who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented work environment.
• You are a self-aware and humble team player who is a great partner to work with for cross-functional teams.
• You are an excellent storyteller and communicator.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a certification in UI/UX design or HCI from a renowned design institute.
• Design experience in the food or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with accessibility in design or designing for ADA compliance.

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of the Vyapar android application. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications. A strong understanding of Core Java and Database is critical for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Helping the team members and guiding them for the right design and implementation

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Good knowledge of the SQLite database.
