1. In partnership with the company's founders, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services as a web based business 2. Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business 3. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services 4. Timely development and successful execution of company's product during the initial phases of growth, this requires envisioning the company's service offerings as a mobile/web based business, developing back end processing server, coordinating its handshake with the front end client and planning for risk and growth 5. Lead the product development from a technical standpoint and design the technical architecture, create and deliver specifications for software development and requirements for systems integration 6. Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations 7. Own up the design, development, integration and unit testing efforts for the product 8. Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organisation's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities, and challenges 9. Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organisation of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements
Industry Prime is building a SEM (SaaS Enabled Marketplace), a complete procurement ecosystem for businesses to help them better manage their purchase through its cloud-based SaaS Purchase Management Software and assisting them with their end to end procurement. Our approach is unique and trying to solve a massive problem. Our software is helping over 50 Steel Companies manage their Procurement efficiently. We are helping 10 of those with procurement assistance and so far have helped these companies with significant savings. We are over a year and a half old start-up, profitable, and growing steadily. We are a young small team of 5 and the founders have rich domain expertise and previous start-up experience with one of them previously part of the founding team of TenMarks, which was later acquired by Amazon Inc.
