Associate - Android

Requirements:

• Experience building and deploying high-scale production mobile apps in Flutter.
• Resource should have experience in both Flutter and ios development.
• Translating UI/UX designs into code.
• Firebase.
• Advanced debugging/testing/optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code.
• Discover and fix programming bugs.

Bringing up Android on custom hardware 

•  Android OS modifications, HAL interface definition language (C++ and Java)
•  Android, JNI and Android application performance optimization 

 Preferred Skills and Experience:

•  Experience in Java or Kotlin development (preferably Android) 
•  Experience in C/C++ with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming. 
•  Experience with GIT or similar repository management and version control tools. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools and Agile methodology. 
•  Development in a Linux environment with emphasis on Unit testing alongside functional integration testing. 
•  Android-For-Work, Android Enterprise features and EMM/MDM management solutions

1. Addition of new features to existing app and making sure minimal crash rate and ANR
2. Adding new AI models built by the data science team into the android environment

To help us get to our vision faster, we are looking for an Engineer to join us on our app development front. This developer:

• 👩‍💻 Would work on our Flutter codebase writing cross platform code for both Android and iOS.
• 🎨 Work closely with product and design to create amazing user experiences.
• 🐜 Watch out and fix production issues, and target on running a smooth experience.
