Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop highly usable UIs using Flutter, HTML, CSS, Javascript
● Collaborate with the UX team to understand end-user requirements and build solutions
● Write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components
● Experiment with new relevant technologies and tools

Desired Skill Set:
● Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or science
● Minimum 2 years of experience in building and shipping innovative, large scale products
● Must have experience in building high quality Android apps
● Must have experience in building Flutter applications

- Experience in Cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter. Prior experience developing with Flutter is a plus.

- Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter and/or for the web, is required.

 

- Additionally, deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps is desired.

 

- Expertise in Android development is preferred.

- Minimum of 2-3 years full-time mobile development experience (Android or iOS or cross-platform).

 

- Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android.

 

- Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strong zest for continuous improvement.

- E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.

- Experience launching and managing Production mobile apps.

- Experience authoring, testing, and deploying code mission-critical applications.

- Debugging mobile apps using simulators and related tooling.

 

- Developing and releasing complex, data-driven map based apps using Native as the primary application framework.

 

- Persisting data for offline-first apps using flutter Developing reusable UI Components or libraries.

- Networking and integrating third-party APIs using Flutter.

 

- Experience developing integrations with common APIs (e.g., Firebase, Twitter, Instagram, Stripe, Youtube, Google etc.)

- Knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms.

- Knowledge of OOPs principles.

- Working understanding of Relational NoSQL Databases

• The Flutter Mobile Developer will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's new Flutter development framework.

About the Role:
As one of our first mobile engineers in Bangalore, this is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in designing and building our new KeepTruckin Fleet Manager iOS app and as well as grow by working directly with experienced technology professionals with backgrounds from Silicon Valley companies like Google, Twitter, Facebook and Uber (to name a few). Develop from scratch our new iOS KeepTruckin Fleet Manager AppWork with product team to refine feature specs, and work with cross functional teams like IoT, Embedded, Data Science/ML, Computer Vision & Motion teams to create fluid user experiences with interactive visualization for a multitude of data from these different teamsCommunicate with backend engineers about API requirements or refinements, and engage with the senior engineers for mentorship to learn & grow in your areas of interest.
