Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand target audience profiles and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Performance Marketing:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.

- Brainstorm ideas for concept on new campaigns
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between content and performance marketing goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate reports on campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
- Research and Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Research and recommend new approaches to enhance lead generation and performance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
