Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern (Lead Generation & Performance Marketing)

Position Summary: As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting qualified leads, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand target audience profiles and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Performance Marketing:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Content Creation:
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm ideas for concept on new campaigns
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between content and performance marketing goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate reports on campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
- Research and Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Research and recommend new approaches to enhance lead generation and performance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Duration: 6 months(can be extended).
