What you’ll bring:
● You are proficient in English
● You have 5+ year experience of planning and managing Search campaigns
● You have a high-level knowledge of Paid Search platforms and third-party tools (AdWords, Bing, SA360, GA, SEM Rush, Editor)
● Kenshoo, Marine, Salesforce, etc is a plus
● You possess strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers ● You are able to examine raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
● You have experience maintaining quality standards at scale
● You have experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location
● You have a passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
● You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Engineer at Rawmart, located in Pune. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day production tasks, including production planning, quality control, and utilizing analytical skills to drive process improvements. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring efficient production operations.

- Production Supervising.
- Fabrication expert, welding engineer.

- Daily work allotment.

- Daily Raw Material stock & WIP.
- Day to day production target meet.
- All Production related documents updated in portal using MS Excel and Word
- Provide Soft skill training to operators.
- CNC, VMC, HMC , GFM, PROTECK, SPM machines operations,
- Fanuc & Siemens Control use.
- Maintain & control operations of Fanuc Robots & Gantry.
- Product quality checking by using proper gauges. (Like Height gauge, Snap gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometer,
- Bore gauge, Depth gauge, Dial gauge)
- Report OEE, TQM, TPM
- Maintain 5’S, JH , CLIT.
- Implementation KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) & Poka yoke.
- Provide Training to the operators for quality of the Product, 5’S, JH, TPM.
- CMM checking.
Qualifications:-
- Strong background in Production Engineering
- Fabrication Expert, Welding Engineering.
- B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Desired Profile:
- Strong analytical skills -ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code
- Minimum 3 years experience in NodeJS(at least 3 projects with minimum 1 project as the sole lead developer)
- Deep knowledge of Javascript and Typescript (at least 2 years)
- Should have experiences with NestJS
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development
- At least worked in one microservice/cloud project
- Familiar with designing and implementing a CI/CD process (Azure DevOps plus)
- Testing and Documenting should be the day to day practice
- Experience with Azure & Serverless functions is a plus
- Experience with Monorepositories and Nx is a plus

Java Springboot Developer
- Java Springboot - Support end-end management of the APIs over its entire lifecycle
- Work with various application teams to understand their business needs and requirements for the API implementation
- Ensure API documentation is created and remains up to date
- Ensure code and design quality with appropriate logging, monitoring, tracing, and security standards in place
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the API platform, API accessibility and API deployments

Who You Are
To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Webservices/Spring)
- At least 3-5 years of hands on experience with design, development and implementation of Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experience in Deploying Microservices (spring-boot, node's)
- Good understanding of security protocols (e.g. OAuth, SAML)
- Excellent analytical, oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with global delivery technical teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies
