• Publish progress report to management every week.

Position: Lead Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Recruiter to join our team.

You will play a key role in building CodeCraft by identifying and onboarding great talents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•         Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs.

•         Create job descriptions based on the position and company requirements.

•         Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right candidates within specified timeframes.

•         Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

•         Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for both client projects and our organization.

•         Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, provide guidance, training and ongoing performance feedback. Set clear expectations, goals, and KPI’s for the team and monitor their progress.

•         Handle ISO Audit for Talent Acquisition

•         Coordinate client interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the entire

recruitment process.

Candidate Relationship Management:

•         Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.

•         Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, providing timely feedback, and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•         Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a staff augmentation or IT

consulting environment.

•         Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, skills, and technologies.

•         Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.

•         Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

•         Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

•         Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

•         Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
• Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
• Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.

Minimum Qualification:

• Total of 10+ years experience
• Hands-on working on Java ( {Language understanding - Java 8, Lambdas, Collections,

• Worked on REST frameworks/libraries like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Dropwizard,  REST popular frameworks & libraries}, JVM, GC tuning, performance tuning) Express etc

• Experience in Microservices architecture is a must.
• Working on public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure etc is preferred
• Worked on Relational data stores viz. MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Worked on Non-relational data stores viz. Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc
• Worked on caching infra viz. Redis, Memcached, Aerospike, Riak, etc
• Worked on Queueing infra viz. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc
