Job Description/Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to Decision Makers (B2b) / Connect with the relevant individuals (as per defined database) to brief them on call about upcoming conferences, sessions, etc. Educate them why they should attend the conference/event and generate interest.
- Work on Business-to-Business campaign for the IT marketplace
- Doing Web search for successful call results ie. LinkedIn
- Guide and help the participants in the process like registering, logging-in on the portal by carrying out the intelligent conversation, sharing appropriate information with registrants
- Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history as required in a specific format.
- Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone

- Short courses or equivalent experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APls.
Experience
• Over 6 months full-time experience working with Bubble.io (you will be required to show your portfolio of work of demonstrating a deep knowledge of Bubble during the process)
• One or more years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Relational Databases
• One or more years of experience building web applications (any language) or work in a technical business analyst or product leadership role
• Client facing experience is highly regarded

Role Summary -
We are looking for an HR Manager to support and Lead the HR Department in various aspects of HR functions . As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the human resources department in various aspects of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, Training and development , performance management, and other HR-related activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, if required. Conduct reference checks and issue employment contracts.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
