Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front end and ServiceNow Scripting, with an added advantage if the candidate has experience in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 8+ years experience working in the software industry building enterprise applications.
• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
• Hands-on development & implementation experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.

Contract Details
