We are hiring for our founding team (in Delhi NCR only, no remote) that will take the product from prototype to a landing! Opportunity for disproportionate non-linear impact, learning and wealth creation in a classic 0-1 with a Silicon Valley caliber founding team.

Position Overview:

As an Android Developer at Juleo, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into functional and user-friendly applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

●     Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

●       Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

●     Assist in maintaining code repositories and version control using tools like Git.

●     Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

●     Strong passion for mobile app development and a genuine interest in the Android platform.

●     Solid understanding of Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.

●     Basic knowledge of Android application architecture and components (Activities, Fragments, Services, etc.).

●     Familiarity with development tools and frameworks such as Android Studio and Gradle.

●     Adept problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

●     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

●     Prior experience with personal or academic Android projects is a plus.

●     Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns is a bonus.

We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager who will help drive high-quality output from our Inside Sales Team of Team Leads & Telesales Executives with 100+ members, owning their input metrics and the revenue generated from their efforts, in addition to managing team morale, hiring, training, upskilling and attrition
You will be working closely with the internal stakeholders and will be responsible for sales strategy, implementation, and process optimization.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a sales strategy for our range of products & execute it with excellence.
• Train TeleSales Team Representatives to deliver their best in every call that they do & adhere to Company’s promises & call flow.
• Own the entire sales funnel & improve conversion rates, generating Sales Reports
• Work closely with the recruitment team to find exceptional talents for the telesales team.
• Focus on finding out the key tracking metrics for performance improvement and implementing them.
• Engage with internal stakeholders viz. Marketing, operations, etc. for smooth operations and improvements.

Who Would Be a Best Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment is mandatory.
• Building, developing & leading a high performance in telesales team.
• Managed a sales quota of more than 1 crore per month.
• Is required to be a great people manager and should have managed 100+ Team members/Large Teams experience.
• Has delivered exponential growth in previous roles by turning around the sales team performance by leveraging technology with innovative solutions.
• Have exemplary people management skills with inspirational leadership skills.

What you need to know / have:

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 10,00,000

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed.

• Experience in software / web application architecture, estimates, design and development experience
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
  • Primary Experience in C#, NodeJS and React JS.
  • Add on experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, API, Angular JS, AWS / Azure.
  • Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)

Will be developing mobile and web applications using latest technology. Should be good in analysing requirements and translate into applications. Good in understanding application flows.

Tech Skills –

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js) – Expert level - at least 2-3 full sized projects

Cloud technology – Familiar with using cloud technology (AWS, GCP etc) – Intermediate – Should be able to interact with the services from cloud (e.g. firebase etc)

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Intermediate level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers

Mobile technology – Hybrid (ionic, Cordova, capacitor, flutter), Native (Android, iOS) – Beginner – Should have understanding of concepts, good with basics

Job Summary:

• An HR Recruiter is responsible for end to end process.
• A recruiter has to screen the resumes as per the requirement, considering the JD.
• Call the candidates and line up for TI & PI Interviews.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduation in any stream
• One to three years as an HR.
• Knowledge of different job boards is preferable.
• MBA (HR) is preferable
