Technical Skills :

• Good knowledge of Python with 2+ years of minimum experience 
• Strong understanding of various Python Libraries, APIs, and toolkits. 
• Good experience in Django, Django REST Framework, and Flask framework.
• Understanding of AWS Serverless implementation using Lambda and API Gateway
• Hands-on Experience in Databases like Mysql, PostgreSQL.
• Good experience/understanding in Agentic AI / RAG.
• Proficient in NoSQL document databases especially MongoDB, Redis.
• Stronghold in Data Structures and Algorithm
• Thorough understanding of version control system concepts especially GIT.
• Understanding of the whole web stack and how all the pieces fit together (front-end, database, network layer, etc.) and how they impact the performance of your application.
• Excellent understanding of MVC and OOP. Bonus for the understanding of prevalent design patterns.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills

Title: Senior Software Engineer – Python (Remote: Africa, India, Portugal)

Experience: 9 to 12 Years

INR : 40 LPA - 50 LPA

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Africa, India, or Portugal. Applicants outside these regions will not be considered.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years in software development with expertise in Python
• kubernetes is important
• Strong understanding of async frameworks (e.g., asyncio)
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for microservices
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes/AWS ECS
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and IaC tools (CDK, Terraform)

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
• Sound familiarity with GitHub
• Exposure to aspects related to product architecture
