We’re hiring a Software Development Engineer in Bangalore to build the systems that keep real-world operations running — from customer-facing products to the internal tools field teams depend on every morning.
→ Design, build, and ship across the stack: backend services, APIs, mobile/web field apps, and operational dashboards
→ Build systems for deployment, attendance, check-in/check-out, work verification, and issue resolution
→ Make products work in low-connectivity, field-heavy conditions with offline-first and vernacular-first experiences
→ Own features end to end — from design discussions to deployment to on-call
