Minimum 4 to 14 Years OTM Technical / Functional experience

• Must have functional and techno-functional experience in OTM implementation and/or have supported projects dealing with these systems, and/or have worked on OTM Cloud
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations/up-gradation and OTM architecture will be preferred

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas:- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

Skills And Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in back-end development with Node.js. ● Knowledge of Node.js frameworks 
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages

UI/UX Developer cum designer Job Responsibilities

• UI developers should be adept at Javascript /AJAX / JQuery / Material Design.
• UX designers should have firsthand knowledge of Digital Advertising / dashboard designing with business requirements in mind.
• For both, UX & UI designers with experience in Ad agencies / Native Ads / IAB standards implementation would be a plus.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define, adapt and implement innovative solutions to carry forward product visual direction and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
