Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. The ideal candidate has experience in IT services and software development sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and effectively represent brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and onboard potential clients for IT projects.
- Generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Represent OwlCraft to clients, showcasing our expertise and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize and execute growth plans.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and related materials.
- Meet or exceed business acquisition targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and productivity apps.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience targeting niches with high demand and low competition.
- Previous success in securing and closing deals for software development projects.
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems or similar markets.
