Key Responsibilities

Handle client feedback, reporting, and regular hiring updates.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Coordinate and manage the internal recruitment team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
Assign roles, monitor team performance, and ensure quality candidate delivery.
Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and client expectations.
HR Operations:
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and salary coordination.
Support payroll processing and salary release activities.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Assist in basic HR administrative tasks and compliance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of full-time experience in recruitment, HR operations, or account management.
Strong experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination.
Prior experience in handling multiple clients and account management is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and HRMS platforms is an advantage.
MBA in HR or related field will be an added advantage.
