The ideal candidate will go beyond traditional SRE responsibilities by collaborating with stakeholders, understanding the applications hosted on the platform, and designing automation solutions that enhance platform efficiency, reliability, and value.

[Technology and Sub-technology]

• ML Engineering / Modelling

• Python Programming

• GPU frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch etc.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree

• Proficient programming knowledge in Python or Java and ability to read and explain open source codebase.

• Good foundation of Operating Systems, Networking and Security Principles

• Exposure to DevOps tools, with experience integrating platform components into Sagemaker/ECR and AWS Cloud environments.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience working on AI/ML projects

[Primary Skills]:

• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.

• Exposure to Machine Learning and GenAI technologies.

• Understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML Modeling, Libraries, frameworks, and Tools (TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL/NoSQL

• Motion Graphic Artist with experience to develop our company's overall layout and production design.
• Motion Graphic Artist: Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator. Take the design brief to record requirements and needs.
• Think creatively and develop innovative design concepts and graphics.

Looking for Mid level to Senior tester. 

Scope is manual + Automation with focus on automation testing with Selenium.

Strategy, planning, and design:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.
• Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Implementation and deployment:

• Manage Product Release, QA cycles, feature implementation and on time delivery through in-house team and vendors.
• Collaborate with team and customers to define use cases.
• Creation of wireframes/prototypes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile platforms.

Operational management :

• Support marketing by implementing technical requirements for SEO/product analytics.
• Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Establish and forecast ROI of features and succinctly articulate competitive advantage.
• Set-up data collection and analysis system in collaboration with CEO to track key performance.

Personal Requirements:

• Min of 7+ years of Hands on experience in Web app development, payment gateways implementation, architecture design, product management, databases and UI/UX in consumer facing applications.
• Experience on projects involving engineering and algorithmic functions, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence is very advantageous.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ideate and create concept storyboards
•   Conceptualise and present ideas as per the brief
•   Pick and arrange effects, music that adds to the narrative
•   Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video
•   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create videos for all marketing and product needs.
•   Reorder and fine-tune content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video and time constraints are incorporated
•   Improve and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage & sound
•   Create transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the video
•   Work closely with producers, directors, external vendors, motion graphic designers and learning managers to present a final product that matches the overall vision
•   Take ownership of post-production management of assets and deliverables, channels & maintenance
