Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior UX Analyst for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving the usability and user experience of our mobile and web applications. You’ll help analyze user behavior, identify usability issues, and work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to propose actionable improvements.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s passionate about intuitive design, user behavior, and turning app feedback into meaningful user insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting usability tests and user interviews.
- Analyze user behavior data and translate findings into UX improvement suggestions.
- Review the CryptoXpress mobile app flows and identify friction points in booking, trading, and gifting processes.
- Collaborate with product designers to document pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct competitor UX benchmarking to identify design trends and best practices.
- Create wireframes, journey maps, or low-fidelity prototypes to illustrate user experience concepts.
- Organize and synthesize app reviews, survey feedback, and user suggestions.
- Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in user experience, interface design, and user research.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, or equivalent.
- Comfortable navigating analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) to extract insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from hands-on exploration.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bonus: Experience using or analyzing fintech, travel, or crypto apps.

Role Enterprise Sales Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to convert new customers for Mandaala (the Enterprise division). This typically involves researching and reaching out to prospective companies; pitching our products and solutions and converting them. (our target market is India's top 1000 companies). The role entails engaging with senior (VP and above) stakeholders in the HR, Admin, and Marketing departments of these companies.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Research prospects in target companies
2. Reach out to senior stakeholders using various methods such as emails, social media (LinkedIn), and calls to generate meetings
