- Atleast 2 years experience in exclusive tech hiring, preferably for product startups.
- Expertise in leveraging the Internet, ATS/CRM applications and sites such as LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github to find candidates.
- You should be a pro at X-Ray searches and complicated Boolean search strings.
- Ability to devise innovative ways of sourcing candidates who are generally not available to most on the internet.
Responsibilities:
At Talenticate, you will get to partner with high growth Product Startups, as you use your recruiting skills to help them identify the right people for their team.
It’s not going to be easy – EASY doesn’t EXCITE us!
You will need to use your full understanding of: technologies, human psychology, and product startup culture to zero-in on just the right person for every mandate that you handle.
You will not be in the business of just “placing candidates”, your work would involve “networking and building relationships” with talented and smart people in the tech industry.

Your day-to-day tasks would involve:
- Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Working with marketing agency partners to plan and execute digital app acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and team players.
- Making analytics and data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel improvement, In-app engagement, ROAS, LTV etc.).
- Providing complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and taking relevant action on insights gained.
- Taking KRAs and brand objective ownership and commitment to meets goals and targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with the BD/ Sales teams to plan and execute various marketing initiatives such as events, SMS campaigns, sales training, partner collaboration etc.
- Working with cross-functional team (Product, Support, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support app growth and user acquisition targets.
What are we looking for in a Candidate?
- Experience in App Marketing in B2B domain is preferred.
- Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in similar/relevant roles.
- Prior experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth role is a plus.
- Masters/MBA is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with - Google Playstore/Console, Firebase/Branch/MixPanel, Appsflyer/TUNE etc.
- Proven track record of delivering user acquisition growth, retention, and optimization across key mobile metrics is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills: bias toward decision making based on data, and good proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

- Involvement in the entire lifecycle of a project, including strategy, vision, design, UX, coding,architecture, deployment etc. and you will chiefly deliver clean, testable and well-designed codefor the same.
- Coding new features, functionalities, modules, sub modules.
- Managing development cycle using SVN/Git or any other appropriate Version control Software.
- Enhancing existing features.
- Checking for cross-browser compatibility.

- Meeting both technical and client needs.
Required Skillsets:
- Experience in product development using a broad range of programming technologies.
- Experience with MEAN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and NodeJS) stack.
- Experience with design/development of RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of the latest MVC frameworks and UI toolkits.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX and JSON.
- Working on any of the following Client Side MVC/MVVM frameworks: AngularJS, BackboneJS,KnockoutJS, JSON, JavaScript, Advance JavaScript, UI and UX design, Bootstrap, Ionic, and React.
- Good analytical and programming skills.
- Proactive thinking and a good team player.
- Working experience with micro services will be a given advantage.
